I have been on a plant-based whole foods diet since.
That means NO animal products, oils and sugar.
I feel amazing.
And I know I am putting GOOD things in my body...things that were MEANT
to go in my body.
This is a lifestyle, NOT a diet. I have never been a diet person.
I will eat this way for the rest of my life :)
